Their support team has been incredibly responsive to all requests for assistance we've had over the years. I like how easy it is to use - no complicated menus or screens needed! You can easily create your own forms with simple drag-and drop functionality (or even do them in Excel). The system allows for great customization of form layouts so you don't have to be an expert at graphic design software to build out custom modules/forms quickly without paying too much upfront cost up front as well.
