I like that it includes all aspects of running my business in one place with reports for management. Some functions are lacking but we use this as training so new employees don't have to learn everything at once. Easy installation, good support from Onyxsoft (though our IT department could do better). Good reporting features make quick decisions easy. Reporting is also very detailed. We've been able to see exactly where money was spent, how much revenue came in each day compared to forecasted numbers, etc.
