I spent over 6 hours tying up an expensive artificial Christmas tree using 4 sets of these lights. They burned all the time in the factory default "permanent mode" with no problems. Upon completion, when they attempted to toggle through the various "operating modes" they all together immediately endured a barely perceptible dim light. Replacing the controller with a new unused spare will produce the same results. I'm angry right now! Fix what? I would like a technical representative to contact me as soon as possible.
