My Viking heritage and current age have made me more prone to skin cancer. I am now on a 3 month check up cycle and so far I have had many precancerous lesions burned and two melanomas and one squamous cell removed. Still gardening in hot and humid Southwest Florida with its 12 months of sunshine, I always cover my exposed skin with 50+ UV sunscreen and use hats, gloves and long-sleeved shirts with the same protection. This mask covers several areas that my hat and shirts cannot adequately protect. Not only are these gaiters lightweight, they hold up well and are comfortable, and the mask also protects me from breathing in all that dust and pollen that comes from mowing the lawn. our country stands before today. Hopefully we can clean it up soon.
