I used them to change the wheels on my medical table. I like them for the price, they have the same shank diameter as my original wheels, and the wheels themselves are softer than the original wheels. The hardware that came with it allowed for various installation options, but I didn't use any of them. I really wanted an open stem wheelset that would only fit 1 inch long in the bushing, with a locking ring on top. I figured I could get them working by cutting the new rods. Instead, I pulled the bars out. from my old wheels and have reused them on new Slipstick wheels. Of course, the original stems are perfect for my table. Three of the four stems engaged the Slipstick wheels with moderate pressure from my thumb. The fourth almost fell. But I don't take a table so it's not a problem for me. He's just telling me that one of their roller molds needs repairing. Slipstick has a small quality control issue that they need to address. address. After the new wheels were attached to my table, it became a lot easier to move around. After using the table for a couple of weeks I still like the new wheels. Can't rate durability as I haven't used it that often. The desk itself only weighs 30 pounds plus the added weight of an old laptop and its charger so they load very easily. I assume they will last a long time.
