does not contain a magnetic base plate

This product does not contain a base plate that attaches to the center of the wheel clamp. You can't attach a leveling tool without a metal base plate that runs down the middle and renders it useless. I couldn't find a middle floor panel that could be ordered separately anywhere. I had to go back through Amazon Prime.
