Review on 🔪 Chef'sChoice Electric Knife Sharpener: Diamond Abrasive, 3-Stage, for 15 and 20-Degree Knives, Straight and Serrated Edges - Gray by Stephanie Byrd

Although I love the idea of sharpening knives to 17 or 20 degrees, this sharpener is difficult to use. I would give it up because I need more practice, but the second issue is that this sharpener is only for thinner knives. I've tried using it to sharpen a Kabar Marine knife but it doesn't work at all. I will use it for kitchen knives and sharpen them to 17 degrees Japanese style. On a positive note I find the quality of the device to be quite good and cutting off the plastic parts of the sharpener is not a problem as some other reviews have reported. But since it's so expensive, I wouldn't buy it again.
