I would say this is a good dance shoe if you don't want to get your toes hurt by men's shoes , if you dance partner dances or ballroom dances. However, they work too little, but too much. Maybe half a size. My shoes run 6. If foot width and height up to 7 for street size and medium size. I bought the 7 medium as my shoe size is a 7 med for street shoes and it fits like a pair of 6.5 street shoes. I wore it to the dance. Needless to say my toenails hurt and now that I can't get them back I need to stretch them. I think if you wear Street SS 7. It is better to walk on the floor if you have a little wide foot. You don't have to go upstairs if you have a slightly narrower side if your street size is 7. The shoes are wide enough but shorter in length. (Length 6.5 as I said when I ordered 7).
