Difficult to light on largest burner, paint dulls after first boil, #3 faucet comes with hob threads that loosen and allow gas to escape during installation (New faucet from Home Depot Bought). A customer service rep always creates a new email thread when I provide new photographic evidence of a defective item that came with this poor quality product. The rep said a replacement would be sent after I told them Revain would step in and fix the problem as we have been emailing for a week with no progress. However! I was not sent a tracking number or carrier for replacement parts.
