I've been ordering this product for about six months and it's usually perfect - my pets love it - but for some reason the batch me received it in September, has a different composition and my pets do not touch it. I've tried cans from that batch, thrown them away intact, given food from the next order of the same Chicken Fest classic I devoured, tried cans from that order again - untouched. I've tried 3 times in 2 months just to see if my pet gets fussy. There's no way they're going to eat off the September order. I have placed my next order for the same item and they love it as always. It seems to me that there was a product management error on the September order I received. Too bad the return period has expired.
