I tested with about 15 other people and received this complete Sing for Snorers program from Alice Ojay. My husband told me that my snoring would shake windows and stop breathing. I was tested for sleep apnea and put on a C-Pap machine. I hated wearing it for various reasons. A few months later I heard about this free route and thought why don't you give it a try. what have i got to lose It's actually fun. 10 to 20 minutes a day you sing along to the tunes alone with Alice Ojai. After the first 2 weeks my snoring stopped. However, the entire study lasted approximately 3 months. There are 3 discs in the set, and you record each one within a month. Highly recommended for anyone who snores. It's not what you can do for 3 months and stop snoring forever. You can stop for about a week after 3 months, but your snoring will come back if you don't keep going as I found out the hard way. However, I was warned about this, so it's my fault.
