It didn't work on my bumper

Didn't work on my bumper, didn't stick to the prepared surface, also used surface modifier spray. I just didn't get infected. Very low strength. It broke before I installed it. Not impressed. Yes, I literally followed the preparatory bulletin. Leave to dry at room temperature for 48 hours.
