Best Lasagna Pan I've Ever Had

I don't normally praise food or give 5 stars but this pan is exceptional and not expensive. for cleaning. The top of the pot measures 13 x 9.75 inches and the bottom of the pot measures 12 x 9 inches. Internal vertical height is 2 13/16 inches. That's enough to comfortably fit a 9-pound lasagna without worrying about bubbling and spilling in the oven, starting with Dreamworks Dry Lasagna Noodles at 13.25 ounces, where it contains 15 noodles. A box and 3 fit the whole pan, so I get 4 full layers of pasta, meat, sauce and cheese, plus a top layer with some tomato sauce to keep it soft. It's "scratch resistant" but not scratch resistant, but that's to be expected compared to a sharp stainless steel knife. I've cut lasagne and casseroles with a stainless steel chef's knife and noticed a few very small ones - only visible at once Angle to light, short scratches on the bottom, so I bought an inexpensive plastic salad knife (https://www.amazon.com/ gp/product/B002MQ3SOA) capable of cutting to the bottom without scratching after cutting the harder top with a chef's knife.
