Excellent lasagna pan - lasagna sheets

I love this pan. I had to replace my deep lasagna pan as it was "borrowed" from my adult children. I wanted something nice, not just an aluminum pan. This dish is non-stick and deep enough for a large lasagna or a small turkey, roast or chicken. It looks very good.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Lightweight, easy to clean

This pan is very light and therefore much easier to handle when filled with pasta, cheese and sauce. The pan does not need to be lubricated! Pieces of lasagne come out. The lasagna took a little longer to heat up and cook than my 13x9 glass pan. I managed to do 4 rows and one more perpendicular to the long rows. Great pan just in time for Christmas dinner!

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Hardly ever

Do not use at temperatures above 400!

Good product. Nothing sticks there. However, it cannot be used in high temperatures above 400 degrees Fahrenheit. It doesn't say anywhere in the descriptions and the only way to find out is to take the label off and read the back and they conveniently leave that out of the picture. If you cook at or below this temperature, I highly recommend this product.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Waiting too long

Compared to regular Pyrex cookware

I almost bought this pan based on the negative reviews. Measuring roulette, complaints that it's no more than a 'regular' pan. I'm so glad I didn't! I'm posting photos for comparison so you can see for yourself that the pan is significantly taller than a regular Pyrex slab/pan. It also measures the same bottom edge to bottom and is 1 inch larger in width at the bottom. Great shape for lasagna!

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Only available in black

A very nice frying pan. Lightweight

I've only baked in this pan a handful of times, but the lasagna and chicken were cooked evenly and slipped out easily. the fact that he has no handles. It's easy too. I ended up using it next to the stove to store oils and spices. It fits perfectly and turns out to be very comfortable. I ordered red granite. I like the color but wish the granite utensils were on the outside too, they're just mottled on the inside.

  • Quick Change

Very nice bright skillet

I have only baked in this skillet a few times but the lasagna and chicken cooked evenly and spilled out. I like the size, ideal is 13 x 9. I like the smooth finish of the page and the fact that it doesn't have handles. It's easy too. I ended up using it next to the stove to store oils and spices. It fits perfectly and turns out to be very comfortable. I ordered red granite. I like the color but wish the granite utensils were on the outside too, they're just mottled on the inside.

My favorite food!

I was worried at first because it seemed pretty easy. But I have to say that this item has become my favorite casserole dish. The food slides out really effortlessly. And as a test, I made baked macaroni and cheese. When we were done, I left the empty, dirty pot on the stove for 24 hours. Regular pans require some scrubbing to get clean. Not this pan! Sat in it all day with baked food and it went effortlessly! I will be ordering more pans of different sizes from this company. I am impressed!

  • bakeries and casseroles

Almost Perfect Best in Lasagna Shapes

Very happy with this shape. My last "lasagna bowl" was terribly flat and lopsided. Why? Who thinks this is a good idea for lasagna? In any case, this pan has vertical walls and is quite deep. The non-stick ceramic coating has worked well so far. Apologies for the messy photo, but I wanted to show how well it handles leftover lasagna; I can immediately peel off a piece without any effort and the bottom layer comes off immediately. The only flaw I can think of is that the corners are rounded. I…

Best Lasagna Pan I've Ever Had

I don't normally praise food or give 5 stars but this pan is exceptional and not expensive. for cleaning. The top of the pot measures 13 x 9.75 inches and the bottom of the pot measures 12 x 9 inches. Internal vertical height is 2 13/16 inches. That's enough to comfortably fit a 9-pound lasagna without worrying about bubbling and spilling in the oven, starting with Dreamworks Dry Lasagna Noodles at 13.25 ounces, where it contains 15 noodles. A box and 3 fit the whole pan, so I get 4 full layers
