Advertised dimensions are misleading

As someone trying to fit these bins in a closet, I bought them based on the advertised dimensions (5.3 x 5.3 x 6.3 L/W/H) , but with lid and taper from top to bottom they are actually larger. Actual dimensions are closer to 6.3 x 6.3 x 6.75 inches. So far this is my only complaint. Other than that, they seem to be pretty solid containers.
