I am very satisfied with this cartridge. Came in a black sealed bag wrapped in bubble wrap. The build quality is higher than the official Samsung cartridge. When I took 2 to compare, the EZ inks are more durable and have chrome screws all over. It fit my printer perfectly and I had no problems with lines or anything like that. Pros: Half the price of an official toner cartridge. Seems to have fewer problems than Samsung cartridges. AT HALF PRICE! Cons: Nothing so far, but if something is incomprehensible, then I will add.
