Finally! what i was looking for They're great for carrying little kids around their ankles as they play with friends after dark. It was so nice to know where they were when night fell. I was able to notice my children quickly and easily. They attach with velcro and you can make them as tight or loose as you like. I like to wear them around my ankles so they don't get in the way, but they can also easily be worn as a bracelet. Colors are excellent, although my least favorite is white as it's not as bright as the other colors. This is a great pack and I will be buying another one as I ended up gifting a pair to other parents. I love her!
