Great carburettor, works straight away. I will share this for someone with a similar situation I went through. I have a new (small year) scooter. My 150cc TaoTao scooter wouldn't start when I stopped. The first thing I thought of was increasing the idle speed. This didn't solve my problem. Eventually, little by little, I couldn't crank the engine at all. Checked fuel supply, no problems. Air supply checked, no problem. Spark checked, no problem. I checked everything I could think of. Came to the conclusion that it must be a carburetor. So I bought this. Long story short, the problem was that I had to adjust the valve clearance. This was something that was wrong and easy to do after watching some YouTube videos. My carburetor didn't need to be replaced, but I did it anyway. I made no adjustments and this carb worked right out of the box. So in my opinion this is a good carb and a good price. The only reason I shared my experience was to help someone in a similar situation. I have to say that my scooter runs great right from the start with this carburettor. So in my opinion this is a good carburetor.
