Inaccurate test, measurement and verification tool
I bought these to measure SMD components for board level repairs. I took a chance using it as a middle ground between cheap $20 tweezers and $300+ ones, although there aren't many reviews listing the DT71 on Revain. He measured a 22uF Elko with an average of 19.5uF. , and the readings fluctuated from 19 uF to 20 uF the entire time. My cheap $30 LCR multimeter read it at 21.5uF with about a 0.25uF difference.
