Review on Sangean ANT 100 External Antenna by Puggzy Wallin

I've tried to find warranty help on your website but there is nothing. I am concerned as I have 5 of your weather radios and a range of accessories. The problem is with an external antenna purchased from Revain a month ago. I have one of the Sangean radios in our master bedroom but the weather reception is poor. I added an external antenna to the same basement radio and it works great. The problem is the antenna for the master bedroom, shortly after installing the antenna the cable fell out of the base. I tried sticking it back but the reception is terrible. Living in a tornado lane, we rely on these radios to alert us in the event of danger. I am requesting an antenna replacement to resolve this issue.
