This frame and companion app is pretty intuitive if you want to manage your downloads from your mobile device. Note, however, that the app doesn't allow you to upload more than nine images at a time if you need to upload a lot of images at first, so the process isn't quick. On the other hand, if you manage your photos from your PC, you cannot send them directly to the photo frame via WiFi. Instead, you need to download them to a micro SD card (via a card reader/writer) and then import them from there. I put all the photos I wanted to transfer into a Google Photos album and then chose Download All (to my SD card). When I put the card in the frame, none of the photos showed. Since the frame doesn't show the SD card's file tree, I realized that I had to put the card back into the PC, open the file folder that Google Photos created, and then batch copy all the individual photos to another temporary folder, and copy them finally all back on the card (so that they are no longer in the folder). When I then reinserted the card, the pictures were finally visible in the Settings/Photo Management menu. Unfortunately, the framing software doesn't have a "Select All" feature, so you have to individually select each photo you want to import. None of this is very clear in the minimum directions. Note that when inserting an SD card into the frame, it must be oriented so that the metal tabs on the card are facing the front of the frame. Aside from a small bootstrap issue, I like the framework.
