Review on Russell Reynolds Associates by Victor Houser

I like how easy it was to use when searching resumes/applications as well being able too connect with other members in my network easily through LinkedIn! Nothing really at this time but just wanted input from others who have used RRAs before so we can make sure there are no issues or things they wish were different about their service (if any).

We're currently using them solely because our previous recruiter quit last year after less than 1 month working here which left us scrambling during an extremely busy period where hiring new talent became even more difficult due t his timing issue - having someone else do all recruiting duties would be greatly appreciated by me personally especially if you had experience doing both search & screenings since i'm not good enough yet myself haha ;).
