I've been wearing this on a bare iPhone 11 Pro for a few weeks. No business. I used the tissue paper that came with the item to prepare the stain on the back of the phone. I put a ring with a charge on a fixed 8-10 minutes. Since then, in many cases, it continues to slowly peel off after a single long-term use. This means I use my phone to watch shows, browse social media etc and the rings hold my phone in portrait mode or with a finger through the ring hole. I can't tell if it's because the phone is getting too "hot" and losing its grip, or is it just not a very strong mount overall? I'm not using it in any way to take it off the back of the phone or rock it. So it's frustrating. Hence the 2 stars as this is essentially his only work. In addition, the ring itself is quite durable and has a solid weight.
