Update: After emailing the company's support and finding that the issue is not under their control, this is an amazing product . The quality of the camera is very clear. , the installation is very quick and the customer service is fast and competent. If you're looking to upgrade or replace your doorbell, this is for you. We really liked it when we first installed it 2 days ago. Everything was set up and everything worked great. I checked the app today and it completely disconnected from the device and nothing I did to reconnect it solved the problem. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, now I can't even log into my account. There is no email to send feedback so I'm completely at a loss as to what to do next. I hope the seller sees this because when it worked it was really amazing and the video and audio quality is fantastic. .
