Review on πŸ’† WiTouch Wireless TENS Device - Inclusive of 10 Gel Pads (5 sets of gel pads) by Shelby Webb

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I like to walk without getting a shock or getting tangled in the electrode wires

was built in the USA which is an added bonus for me. I've been using it for 8 days now - still the same pads - but after 2 days I had to put a new set of triple batteries in the unit itself (the remote runs on round lithium batteries and they usually last quite a long time). Triple A batteries were a little disappointing at first as the package insert said 150 30 minute sessions per battery pack would be enough - I don't know what happened to my first battery pack - but today I'm updating my review. (After a total of 8 days with this device I'm still on my original tablets and the second set of batteries still works (update 4/17). This is now my second update (4/26): I finally got here this afternoon. I had to I replaced my second set of AAA batteries - meaning they lasted about 15 days with over 10 treatments a day (very happy) And I'm still on the original pads! My first set of batteries must have gone bad, right? Heaven". As for the pads, since I wear this device all day - now at day 15 (same/original pads) they aren't that sticky, I trust them to stay on with brisk walking - they're still in great for just sitting in my chair - and when I do go out for a bit (e.g. cooking) I now wear a stretchy workout tank top/shirt that fits very snugly (you'll need the help of a second person to to lift the shirt over it). s device) - alternatively you might be able to cover it with medical tape (I haven't tried that) or use a compression shirt but I can still move with it (in fact it seems to stick better when it works). As you've probably guessed, I'm determined to get the most out of these pads :). At the end of the day, to keep my pads in shape, I use a toothbrush with some water and gently scrub/wipe the surface of the sticky material - don't worry, it's not sticky when it comes into contact with water, but it will remove it some of the skin acid and dander or even hair that may have accumulated. Be careful if the pads become too soft and less sticky - you can counteract this by leaving the device in the fridge overnight with the pads uncovered. This will remove excess moisture and make the pads sticky again. Just a few tricks I've learned from my other TENS (have lots of them and have always been on the lookout for something without a lead wire - here it is!) - I've personally done just that. experience none of this. I leave the thing running all day - when it turns off I use the remote to turn it back on - absolutely no problem.
