Not exactly light turquoise as pictured, but still pretty
As another reviewer said, the teal is much darker than the photo, almost emerald green but still charming. The plaid fabric is quite stiff, as is the bow. Compared to the $12 pet store collar option, it's nearly identical in design. The main difference lies in the material used. The fittings are made of cheaper plastic and the fabric is less flexible. Other than that, this is a very nice collar at a reasonable price. The large bow is detachable which is very convenient and the detachable clasp gives me some peace of mind. My kitten is now 5 months old and just fits into this collar.
