Good for a semester of ballet classes. NO ARCH SUPPORT
They definitely don't have a brace so be careful when buying because I've developed plantar fasciitis. I don't know if it was the movements in the ballet or the shoes or both, but it's not a comfortable feeling at all. I had to wear the boot for a month and I still have pain here and there. I bought them for a semester ballet class and a great price. If you engage in ballet full-time or more than classes, I suggest investing in something with ARCH support to avoid injury.
