I had problems out of the box. I set it up and checked the settings but no matter what I did I couldn't get more than 60Hz. I've googled and tried updating all sorts of settings but nothing stuck. I sent a message to their support team over the weekend and got a reply as soon as possible that they are sorry and someone will be in touch Monday during business hours. On Monday morning around 7am I received an email saying again they were sorry but could be resolved with their tech support. I was happy with their communication right from the start! I never called, reading more comments I realized I had the same problem as another user and it was the display port cable. This damn thing was blocked by the body and couldn't be fully inserted. I lifted the lid slightly and pushed the cable all the way in, snapped it in place and immediately found I could get 165Hz! good!
