After reading so many reviews and trying other lights I finally bought this light for the price it offered. Here are some tips for installing this thing: - Connect just the arms first. and pull out all the wires properly. Some people have mentioned that the wires are small. I flipped the middle case where you connect all the levers and provides at least a half and an inch more wires to make it easier to hold all 9 wires (e.g. just white, neutral...) and tie them together with a cable tie or cable tie. This helps a lot as all the wires are in one place and your connection is easy to set up with a wing nut and doing the same with the other black wires. - Unplug some extra cable from the main connection, this also helps with the connections. - Height adjustment is great, but make sure your wife is happy with whatever height you see fit. I hooked everything up and then she wanted it to hang a lot lower so I had to take it off again. I also trimmed the excess wire as I couldn't fit everything in the case/box on the ceiling. Luckily we had enough for the extra length we needed. Use 40 watt soft white LED light bulbs as they look great. large ones will not work. So am I happy with that? Sort out. I agree with some reviews about glass, I treated the thing so carefully that a lot of scratches and stains remain on the glasses. Otherwise, if you look closely, it looks cheap. Let's see how long this lasts.
