Odor - Due to the smell, I had to leave the body and pads at home in a non-residential area for two weeks. Then I put it on and the main pillow itself was already too high, and the foam of that thickness wasn't as soft as you think. So I tried just putting two inserts in the pillowcase, but I had to cut holes for the ears; two layers were not enough and three were too many. I decided to email the company to see if they could provide a solution. They said if it's less than 30 days I can return it through Revain or cut it with a bread knife. We already had 30 days due to the smell and subsequent attempt to get it working. And at that moment, without even using the pillow, it had already started to crack at the bottom of one of the ear holes because the foam rubber was thin there. Tried cutting with a bread knife as well as a band saw and neither worked well. I tried to cut off the rest with scissors. After a lot of work on this I'm going to try putting it in a pillow case and see if it works even a little. Definitely not recommend. Be sure to check the pillow height before ordering to make sure it fits your body type and consider the softness of your mattress when you lie down.
