NEVER TURNED ON! - my new rating
I'm so pissed! Yesterday was our daughter's birthday and it wouldn't even turn on after we charged it! I'm very frustrated, in fact I can't stand companies and businesses that intentionally sell something to someone without caring about their customers. I really want a new watch, I just want my money back - you ruined a real moment in our child's life. I feel so sad and emotionally heavy, this should have been her first smart watch!
