Upgrade basement windows!

I recently moved into a basement apartment and my house cat was not happy with the limited view. I started looking for something that would allow her to see up and down. At first she was a bit hesitant getting in and out as I had it a bit high by the window but she spends a lot of time there enjoying the view and the sunshine. My landlord's husky likes it too as it lets him see his feline friend. I would like to have a velcro strip in the middle of the long side of the bolster, but so far so good!
