Very easy to use touch screen. Lots of recipes available. She's worth her price. It effectively and very quickly whips small or large amounts of butter and sugar, perfectly kneads bread, whips marshmallows and, of course, it has a timer, so the cooking process is easy to control. The induction function has become a real discovery. No need to stand next to the machine and worry about the custard curdling. She stirs your risotto and prepares the meringue. The machine works like a kitchen stove. Induction heating very quickly brings to the desired temperature. Stir a couple of times to ensure uniformity, set the timer and just go! The temperature remains the same throughout the cooking period. There is also the aesthetic pleasure of using an appliance that is entirely made of metal, ergonomically designed and beautifully crafted. Do not hesitate for a second to buy a car. It will pay for itself many, many times over and will be useful for many years.
