I have a 15-year-old mobile home. This type of relay is used in several places in the RV. With age, the old relays began to fail. This relay replaced the OEM relay in my 10kW Onan alternator, the RV main motor starter circuit, the master switch for all lights (some call it manufacturer switches) and the chassis switch for all ignition switched loads. One design fits all. Now everything works reliably. Most of my applications require a constant power relay. This applies to both intermittent and continuous operation.
