This light is packaged with all rings unassembled and the remote control is packed in its own box. The instructions are easy to follow and all the rings were assembled in less than 10 minutes. It is easier to install the unit after attaching the ground wire and then connect the black and white wires to the corresponding brown/blue wires. Then insert the screws with the opposite side facing each other. There are additional buttons on the remote that are unrelated to this light, but most of them operate in warm to bright white modes. The K button is used to toggle between Kelvin modes to go from yellow to bright white. The Moon & Stars button is a preset night light mode, so I can use this setting to use the bathroom without getting blinded or waiting for the dimmer button to be pressed multiple times.
