Clean freak? Have pets, DO NOT BUY THIS. without buying a carpet shampoo machine too :)

This thing absolutely amazed me. It feels and looks like aircraft grade aluminum. The rechargeable's are replaceable. It has a little red led to show that it is charging (on USB no less!), and then the whole power button turns bright green when it is charged. And dear GOD does it highlight stains. I have three adorable smallish (under 11 pounds) rescues. They have all been horribly mistreated and/or tortured by previous owners. We have rehabilitated and loved them back to the point where they are all cuddlers, listen extremely well, play well together with us and each other all the time. We love them. Most important, they are all very well potty trained. They all know how to use the doggy door to go in our out whenever they need to.When I received my new UV Blacklight. I learned that they are instead traitorous, insidious, ninja pee monsters. I have spent the last couple weeks shampooing and re-shampooing a variety of spots around the house that they had chosen - very stealthily - to use as apparently great new pee spots. We have a new child gate that locks off most of the access to the rest of the house, and they are now limited to 2 rooms. We have gone back to crate training, and I go outside with them and reward them each and every time them go in their spot.I feel like I had well raised young adults, who all the sudden went insane and decided peeing willy-nilly anywhere and everywhere was A.O.K. And now I get to raise them again.I know how to do this. And I WILL win. I have a new secret weapon that will tattle on them each and every time, and they are going to learn to do it right. again :)
