I bought two to help my son with severe allergies and added to the already two huge air purifiers we have from Air Pura which have gone 6 years without a single one have held problem. We ordered two of these, one arrived broken and the other works perfectly. Also, we were never able to connect the smart app to devices. Due to the cooperation with China, the exchange took a long time due to the difference in time and culture. The support staff were friendly and helpful. We returned a broken car and had to order a new one as there was no exchange program. It took over a month to get our money back which was over $600 after they received the faulty unit at their US distribution/return. After about three weeks our fire alarm started ringing for no reason and smelled strange. It was a different unit and my husband checked and cleaned the pre-filters. I don't know if the sensor moves because there was very little dust on the pre-filters. After my husband cleaned the pre-filters on both sides of both machines, the machines were quieter but was afraid to leave them on when we left the house for fear of fire. While the machines are great when they work properly, we will no longer be replacing them with these models.
