My last holder was the vent clip style. Overall it was pretty great, but after my vent was damaged by the clip and my phone fell a few times I had to find another mount. I like the mounting flexibility with this mount. The length brings it closer to me so I don't have to squint or reach as far. Plus, the extra support helps stabilize the mount, which reduces impact on rough roads. In addition, the mount helps move the mount away from the dashboard, providing a good and unobstructed view of the road. Overall I'm very happy with this mount, no complaints and it fits my massive A71 5G. The case is even bigger so I'm sure it will fit your phone too!
