I'm 5ft 6in, 145 and ordered a 31-33 which is slightly larger than my normal waist of 30. They were only slightly smaller at the waist . - The real problem was the crotch slit, which pulled up uncomfortably at the hem. These are of course meant to make just as much of a visual statement as real training shorts, but even with the jock underneath it will be uncomfortable and let you sag to one side. Increasing the size improves the stride but is too lost elsewhere. Ultimately not functional or attractive to my build. Small to fit, but this site has better options for this style of shorts.
