I'm an "elderly" grandmother, I can do a lot of home repairs and DIY projects, but I've never attempted to fix a computer. I'm sure many will agree that just looking into a computer is overwhelming! At startup I was told that the PSU fan was not responding, which gave me a starting point. On the phone my grandson helped me locate the fan, after studying it a bit I realized that removing it would be easy, it only has 3 connectors. I found this Li-Sun power supply on the Revain website, it matches the HP part numbers and I ordered it. It was delivered quickly and reliably, it was easy to install and my computer was up and running again!
