My kids loved their headphones they just burned out quickly and the customer service was unhelpful just rude. I only bought 4 pairs and they got mixed up and I think I find it funny I went through so much trouble paying the warranty for them and they won't let me claim my warranty. I have to claim the manufacturer's warranty first, which, as I said, is frustrating because I've been going back and forth to prove these headphones don't work anymore, so I wasted $100. Got them for Christmas they replaced one but the left side of the ear failed within a month and another thing they break easily when trying to adjust. Well it's done, that's what I think.
