Received for Christmas, after a few days of use, Win10 said the device was not recognized. After a full day of troubleshooting and trying different options like changing the cable because the blue one seems to give a cheap cable (a $100 product btw) the problem didn't help. Apparently it just needs to be connected to 2.0 (a $100 product in 2021 btw), that fact just blew my mind considering 2.0 is pretty much outdated. I have 2.0 but that's no problem. Including several other troubleshooting methods e.g. B. Driver workarounds. I refunded the old one and bought a new one to help them when in doubt thinking I had a defective product. nope The second one I received failed within a few days, as did the last one. No cable problem, no connection problem, no driver problem. I've tried the device on two other computers, my computer doesn't even recognize the USB port in use, everyone else can't recognize the device no matter what I try. I exhausted several google pages for each fix and the problem I found nothing worked. Paying that money and having such a problem is just ridiculous. I have had the Snowball iCE for many years and have never had a single problem with it. However, spending a little more money gives me even more problems. Not worth returning this mic and buying another brand. Update: I bought the El Gato Wave 3 and it hasn't had a single problem and I love it!
