Very easy to assemble and fluff up. They are tied in the middle, all you need is some fishing wire and an arrow to hang them up! Sure it would be perfect for decoration but we use them in our kids room as part of the decoration. I wish there was a real gray in the mix but so far I'm very happy with it. That's just the beginning! Many Thanks
