It is user friendly, it has options to save documents in different formats (word Docx etc). The uploading process can be made simpler if you know how to use this software well. I have been using LDS from last 2 years now but still do not get any update about new features or anything as its being used by more than 10 employees and their needs are very diverse so sometimes we need some assistance from technical side also. We upload court orders/documents related work everyday without fail which saves us time each day & helps our organization stay updated with latest updates at ease always.
