Arm fell of day after cataract surgery.
The day after my second cataract surgery, the arm fell of the left side. Got out magnifiers and saw screw on left side was put in crocked and didn't go in bottom hole. Top support had broken on one side and arm slipped off. Trying to repair with super glue as I really need dark glasses now.
