Save yourself the headache
I really wish I would like this because I needed a lockable bin (we have a horizontal bar at home) and the move/wheel activation was a bonus. But it didn't cost any money. The wheels don't lock, so it rolls all the time - I often had to look for it because of the turdler. It fits into 13-gallon garbage bags, but cannot be filled due to the tank's thin frame and small opening. It's also nearly impossible to get a full garbage bag out of the bin. The lid "hangs" in the open position or sometimes does not open.
