This product is magic! I originally bought a psoriasis but it was too big for my 5ft 8in / 180lbs. I was looking for something similar, small or adjustable, and came across the MFLEX. I found the greatest benefit not only in releasing tension in the lumbar region and massaging the shoulder blades, the MFLEX also provides more lasting relief in the back compared to the massage gun.
- Interchangeable heads. As a beginner you will want to use low heads. This will prevent unwanted injuries. It will also prime and accustom your body (muscle memory) to reach for higher heads for deeper penetration
