Sorry, but it has already begun to boil. After a week of use, the left earpiece gradually became quieter, which greatly degrades the quality of the audio experience. In addition, the left earpiece's noise canceling feature no longer activates. The identical issue occurred with both the 3 and 3i models. The headphones are fine, but I'm sick of taking chances with Huawei at this point. I was hoping to make the transfer from Samsung to your products, but I'm now stuck with Samsung.
