This company cares! . I received an empty package. I contacted the company with a quick response to the situation at additional cost to me. Thank you, can you oar!. This product is for my mustache but I mainly use it on my unsightly curly sideburns to keep them clean and polished and of course my mustache when I'm not wearing a mask. just their product which I don't fuss with during the day. I see other reviewers have issues with the wax making a pasty, waxy gray appearance (a dab will work for you, I use a pea size for sideburns and mustache). I use a low temperature blow dryer to buff my sideburns and run the other sink under hot water, wring it out completely and press on the mustache area for a few moments to harden it. Stay bearded brothers!
