Incredibly disappointing
For the price of a hat ($42!) it's such poor quality. Trust other reviews that say it's ground and not made from straw. I tried steaming the hat to change its shape but it didn't work. You can imagine that for the price of the item the sellers would ship the hat in its own box or get better materials for it.
